Shipping information
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Expedited orders will receive priority processing over regular orders.
We currently ship to contiguous U.S. (no P.O. boxes please), Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipping charges will be calculated before checkout. These charges are based on the UPS rate chart for weights, destinations, and shipping methods. Orders over $99.00 will receive FREE ground shipping. Expedited delivery is available for an extra fee for orders over $99.00.
Sales taxes
We are obligated under law to collect sales tax for shipping to New York addresses.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided in your account. Orders can also be easily tracked by logging on to my account.
Returns and exchanges
At Midori Linen, we stand by our products and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you wish to make a return, we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returned shipment must accompany the original receipt, in its original packaging, unwashed, & in saleable condition. Due to health regulations, opened bedding and towels cannot be returned. Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please use the Contact Us form to request a Return Authorization. No returns will be processed without prior authorization. Please specify reasons for return so that we may better serve you.
